libertine logo– The Libertine Pub Gose

    (Available in 750ml Bottles)

– Gose

ABV: 5.5%

This is a Libertine take on a German Gose beer. We blended multiple different vintages of barrel aged beers including our tart Berlinerweisse and wild/sour Porter to create a one off blend only produced here on the Central Coast.  After the final barrels were selected and blended we took sea water right from our dock at the pub in Morro Bay and blended that into the final beer and further aged it on vanilla beans, and cocoa nibs.  This dark colored very tart ale holds true to our ideals of using as much from our local environment as possible to create truly unique and inspiring wild ales.  Very tart, chocolaty, salty, and crisp, this unique brew will no doubt have you yearning for another sip to break down the immense complexity in the glass.

libertine logo– The Libertine Pub Table Framboise

    (Available in 750ml Bottles)

– Framboise

ABV: 4.9%

The Table Framboise is a new take on our regular Framboise. It is 4.9% ABV and about half as tart as the normal Framboise. We achieved this by upping our hopping rates to limit the lactic acid growth. Like our other beers this was 100% wild inoculated in our coolship without the need to pitch any yeast.
