– Cigar City Brewing Maduro Brown Ale

(Available in 6pk Cans & on Draft)

– Brown Ale

ABV: 5.5%   IBU: 25

Maduro is a Northern English-style Brown Ale with some American affectations. Maduro is higher in alcohol than the common English Brown Ale and features flaked oats in the malt bill which imparts a silky body and works to mesh the roasted, toasted and chocolate components together in Maduro’s complex malt profile. The end result is a remarkably full-flavored yet approachable Brown Ale that pairs well with mild to medium cigars.

– Cigar City Brewing Jai Alai

(Available in 6pk Cans & on Draft)

– IPA

ABV: 7.5%   IBU: 70

Jai Alai, a game native to the Basque region of Spain, is played on a court called a fronton. Jai Alai players attempt to catch a ball using a curved mitt whilst the ball travels at speeds up to 188mph! Proving they have a sense of humor the Spanish dubbed this game, with its ball traveling at racecar speeds, “the merry game.” Tampa was once home to a bustling Jai Alai fronton but sadly all that remains of Jai Alai in the Tampa Bay area is this India Pale Ale that we brew in tribute to the merry game. The India Pale Ale style of beer has its roots in the ales sent from England to thirsty British troops in India during the 18th century. Pair Jai Alai India Pale Ale with beef empanadas, deviled crabs and other spicy dishes.

– Cigar City Brewing Guayabera

(Available in 6pk Cans & on Draft)

– Citra Pale Ale

ABV: 5.5%   IBU: 50

Traditional throughout Latin America, the guayabera shirt combines style, functionality, form and tradition in it’s four-pocketed design.  We at Cigar City feel the same reverence and appreciation for the guayabera that we do for the Citra hop varietal, an ingredient that imparts notes of tangerine, lime and berries to this traditional American Pale Ale.  The exclusive use of Citra hops in this beer creates a flavor that’s at once unique and recognizable, while it’s dry, crisp character and moderate alcohol make it as refreshing and functional as a crisp linen guayabera.

– Silva Brewing Chuck-Amok Belgian-Style IPA

    (Available On Draft)

– Belgian-Style IPA

ABV: 8.8%

Brewmaster Chuck Silva continues to add to our ever-expanding repertoire of hand-crafted beers.  This new offering, Chuck-Amok Belgian-style IPA, elevates the beer drinkers experience with flavorful innovation in a beer style that has only been around just over a decade. This brew is Chuck Silva’s second foray into this modern-day beer style after crafting “Le Freak” (America’s first Belgian-style IPA) in 2007.  Le Freak went on to win numerous brewing awards at the Brussels Beer Challenge, World Beer Cup and, most recently, a gold medal at the 2015 Great American Beer Festival. Chuck Amok is fermented with traditional Monastery Ale Yeast for fruity and spicy contributions, finished with California Ale Yeast for a dry crispness weighing at 8.8% ABV. Chuck’s heavy-handed use of Yakima Valley hops brings forward additional fruity traits of melon and citrus, along with lively carbonation from natural re-fermentation for an overall explosion of zesty flavors.

– Stone Brewing Co. W00tstout

(Available in 6pk Bottles, 22oz Bottles & on Draft)

– Imperial Stout

ABV: 13%   IBU: 65

This barrel-aged palate-saver has been a favorite among our fans—and us—since its inception in 2013. Pecans, wheat, flaked rye and bourbon-soaked barrels provide this whopping, complex superhero version of an imperial stout with a profound complexity that makes it ideal for cellaring—if you can wait that long. Now, we can’t say this beer bestows jedi powers, exactly, but your taste buds may just be fooled into believing as much.
