– Hop Valley Brewing Alphadelic IPA

    (Available in 6pk Cans)

– ABV: 7.2%   IBUs: 90

A true Northwest IPA. Two row and Munich malts lay the groundwork for a simple, medium bodied malt profile, while a combination of Northwest hops, and Southern Hemisphere hops add a tropical, citrus bouquet.

– ABV: 6.5%   IBUs: 80

This IPA features 6 different hops with multiple flavors and aromas complimented with the addition of grapefruit peel. It creates a bouquet of citrus, peach and tropical fruits with enough Munich malt to produce a classic burnt orange flavor.

Enjoy the deliciously refreshing Arnold Palmer taste you already love, now with 5% ABV. Made with real juice and select teas, it’s the perfect beverage for good times with good people.

– Karl Strauss Follow The Sun

    (Available On Draft)

– Pilsner

– ABV: 4.8%  IBUs: 25

Oh look, it’s a brewery from San Diego talking about sunshine. How original. But for us, the perfect sunny day is so much more than our city’s cliché. Follow the Sun is bright, crisp, and refreshing, with Noble hop bitterness and a clean finish. This German-style Pils is a toast to our community, a celebration of the spirit of San Diego, and an invitation for you to enjoy a sessionable beer that can hang out for as long as you can. It’s time to get outside. The sun is calling… follow it.

– Karl Strauss Isomerizer IPA

(Available in 6pk Cans & On Draft)

– ABV: 7%  IBUs: 60

Isomerization. Is it magic? Sorcery? The work of a mad scientist?? Kinda! It’s the chemical process in which alpha acids are converted into hop oils and infused into the beer during a rolling boil. Isomerizer IPA has aromas of passion fruit, citrus zest, and grapefruit backed by subtle flavors of cracked wheat. Finishing dry and hoppy, this single hop American IPA proves you don’t need to be a super hero or a Brewmaster (wait, aren’t those one and the same?) to appreciate the isomerization of hops.

– Saint Archer IPA

    (Available in 19.2oz Cans)

– ABV: 7%  IBUs: 66

Everything you’d expect from a great American India Pale Ale: hop forward, yet civilized. Bitter but balanced. Amarillo and Mosaic hops ring loud and clear with citrus/tropical notes that are backed up by a chorus of our other favorites – Centennial, Chinook, Columbus, Simcoe, and Citra.

– Saint Archer Blonde

    (Available in 19.2oz Cans)

– Blonde Ale

– ABV: 4.8%  IBUs: 22

Modeled after the bright, beautiful ales of Koln, our interpretation has a clean, crisp malt character similar to a pilsner. The authentic Kolsch yeast strain pairs perfectly with our unique blend of aromatic Noble hops from Germany.

– Ballast Point Aloha Sculpin

(Available in 6pk Bottles & On Draft)

– ABV: 7%  IBUs: 70

With Aloha Sculpin, we used Brux Trois yeast to turn our award-winning IPA into a tropical oasis, with bright and refreshing notes of mango, pineapple, and guava. This yeast also adds a slight haze to the beer, creating a smooth mouthfeel to round out its juicy character. Simply put, this is paradise in the palm of your hands.

– Ballast Point Tart Peach Kolsch

    (Available in 6pk Cans)

– German Style Pale Ale

– ABV: 5.2%  IBUs: 20

Our Tart Peach Kolsch is a fresh take on one of our very first beers. The juicy aroma and flavor of ripe peach complements the subtle fruitiness from the Kolsch yeast in this bright, refreshing ale. Add a tickle of tartness to round out the senses, and you get a new brew that’s interestingly delightful.
