– Silva Brewing Poho

    (Available On Draft)

– American-Style Red IPA

– ABV: 6.5%  IBUs: 65

Nicknamed in honor of North County’s “Pour House”, a Red IPA with deep ruddy and chestnut hues is brewed with rich caramel malts and elevated hop character. Hop flavor and bitterness from Mosaic and Nugget hops prevails over the caramel malts and dry-hopping from both hops provides aromatic complexity along with fruity esters.

– Silva Brewing Ouroboros (Symbol of Renewal)

    (Available On Draft)

– Imperial Stout

– ABV: 10.2%  IBUs: 49

Coffee aromas and flavors are fueled by three types of roasted malts and laced with complex dark sugar notes from Mucsovado and Belgian Dark Candi Syrup. The richness of the stout is eased by a medium body and met with lingering flavors of dark caramels, toasted cereal, caramelized sugar, and bitter sweet chocolate.

– The Bruery Terreux Beret

    (Available On Draft)

– Sour Ale

– ABV: 9%

Beret is as artistic as those who wear its namesake cap.  Our brewers developed a silky, full-bodied wheat ale which we began fermenting with a Belgian-style witbier yeast strain.  To finish the fermentation, we added our collection of barnyard bacteria, intended to slowly sour the ale, bringing out a slight funk and refreshing piquancy.  Finally, a small dose of pureed raspberries were added for just a hint of fruity tannins, putting the berry in Beret.

Hangar 24 Wheels Up

    (Available in 6pk Bottles)

– Helles Lager

Delicate and traditional. This brilliantly clear Munich-style lager showcases a light, malty sweetness with a hint of German noble hop aroma and a crisp, clean finish.

– Coronado Brewing Rush Of Hops

– ABV: 6.5%   IBUs: 55

This sessional take on a classic West Coast IPA showcases tropical fruit, pine, and light citrus. Dry-hopped with a massive dose of Mosaic, Citra and Chinook, this beer delivers on it’s namesake promise.

– Alesmith Double IPA

    (Available in 22oz Bottles)

– Imperial IPA

– ABV: 8.5%

Every year we anxiously await the sunny season when we unleash our abundantly hoppy Alesmith Double IPA. Originally known to hopheads around the Nation as “Alesmith Summer Yulesmith” This Imperial India Pale Ale bursts of freshly picked oranges, grapefruits and tangerines offset by undertones of pine resin and herbal spice. A sturdy malt backbone balances out profound hop bitterness for a refreshing yet assertive, decidedly West Coast beer offering an unapologetically bold expression of fresh American hops

– Pale Ale

– ABV: 5.25%

Extra pale ale with oranges
