Coronado Brewing Tube City IPA

   (Available in 6pk Cans)

– Double IPA

– ABV: 8.5%

Tube City IPA is brewed with Simcoe, Mosaic and Centennial, hops for wave after wave of resiny dankness, with a lingering tropical finish.

Saint Archer Tusk & Grain Barrel-Aged Brandy Coffee Porter

   (Available in 16.9oz Bottles)

– Imperial Porter

– ABV: 12.9%

This beer is one part of the duality that comprises our feature on coffee beer. We layered fruit notes on fruit notes, aging our imperial porter in brandy barrels and adding Kenyan “karagoto” coffee from Bird Rock Coffee Roasters. Vanilla, chocolate, blackberry, and black currant aromas explode, leaving a multi-faceted beer setting itself apart from the coffee beer paradigm. Complex, yet smooth on the finish, let this coffee beer enow you with its richness and be the nightcap you’re looking for.

Stone Enjoy by 01.01.19 Brut IPA

(Available in 22oz Bottles & On Draft)

– Double IPA

– ABV: 9.4%  IBUs: 90

What better way to commemorate a fresh start than with an uber-fresh beer? This variant of our Enjoy By IPA series features innovative brewing techniques that give it a bright effervescence and a super-dry finish. It makes for a great craft beer alternative to traditional “bubbles,” and it’s still blasted with enough explosive hop flavor to rival any fireworks display. Enjoy its refreshing notes of citrus and peach before, during or after the holidays… just not TOO long after. While this beer is brewed NOT to last, here’s hoping your resolutions are the opposite.

Modern Times Sula

   (Available in 4pk Cans)

– Gose

– ABV: 6.5%  IBUs: 10

Another dizzying height on our quest for the summit of refreshment, we’ll be dosing this absurdly crushable gose with a king’s ransom of raspberries & blackberries. The intended result is a tart, infinitely quaffable fruit throw-down of epic proportions. Prior to consumption, we’ll be recommending an honest and thorough assessment of how much pleasure you are prepared to experience.

Modern Times City of the Sun

(Available in 4pk Cans & On Draft)

– IPA

ABV: 7.6%  IBUs: 85

City of the Sun is a ridiculously awesome IPA loaded with sticky, fruity new wave hops redolent of melon, lime, and citrus notes. The flavor is as complex as it is aggressive, featuring a stiff bitterness and a powerfully tropical hop character, backed by a dry, barely-there malt backbone. City of the Sun is named after a 17th Century work of crackpot utopian fiction that describes a sun-worshipping theocracy featuring the common ownership of children, goods, and partners, with a rigid system of (super hot) group mating.

Karl Strauss 9 Bonfires Blazing Golden Stout

   (Available in 22oz Bottles)

– Golden Stout

– ABV: 7.5%  IBUs: 25

It’s golden hour. Time to reflect on the day, dust the sand off your blankets, and surround yourself with good friends.. The night hasn’t turned dark yet, so why should your beer? Introducing Nine Bonfires Blazing, the 9th installment in our “Twelve Days” holiday series. Just like the sweater weather in San Diego, this winter warmer is quite the oxymoron. Brewed with coffee, vanilla beans, and rolled oats (but without roasted barley!), it is blonde in color but has all the aromas and flavors of a bold American stout. Pop open a beach chair and join us – ’tis the season for sharing stories and stouts around the fire.

Tin City Cider Lower East Cider

   (Available On Draft)

– Cider

– ABV: 7%

Inspired by our customers, this cider is our take on a Manhattan cocktail. Taking the ingredients of three fan favorites, we blended our bourbon barrel aged cider with cherries, angoustora bitters, and oak.

Deschutes The Abyss 2018

(Available in 22oz Bottles & On Draft)

– Imperial Stout

– ABV: 11.2%  IBUs: 74

A deep, dark Imperial Stout, The Abyss has almost immeasurable depth and complexity. Hints of molasses, licorice and other alluring flavors make it something not just to quaff, but contemplate. As for the great “drink it now or let it age” debate, we stand clearly on the fence. Distinct and delicious on release, the flavors meld and fuse into an entirely different pleasure after a year or more in the cellar.

Alesmith Gregarious Nature IPA

(Available in 6pk Cans & On Draft)

– IPA

– ABV: 7%  IBUs: 55

For this beer, we teamed up with our friends at Stone Brewing Company. The name Gregarious Nature is a nod to the friendship between AleSmith Owner, Peter Zien and Stone Co-Owner, Greg Koch. We decided to join forces in salute to the classic San Diego-style IPA, which helped put both of our breweries on the map.  This easy-drinking brew will put you in a friendly mood with its assertive notes of citrus, pine, and grapefruit.  You can’t argue with the timeless hop character in this clean, flavorful IPA.  Get gregarious and share one with a worthy pal today!

Belching Beaver Fall of Troy

(Available in 4pk Cans & On Draft)

– Double IPA

– ABV: 8.8%

Orange Vanilla (Creamsicle) Milkshake Double IPA For our 6-year anniversary beer we’re bringing back a tasting room favorite that had a dubious beginning…let’s just say it was a mistake (Troy’s mistake), which proved to be a happy accident. This Mosaic hop laden DIPA is smooth and juicy with notes of orange and vanilla. Troy is hereby inducted into our brewers “Hall of Shame,” alongside other legendary brews, Ivan the Terrible and Josh Damnit.
